This is a T.P.O. roof system that we installed on a strip mall / shopping center.
TPO is thermoplastic polyolefin combining polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber. It is a reinforced and highly flexible roofing membrane. T.P.O. is:
- Environmentally friendly. Its light surface reflects the sunlight, eventually reducing building cooling costs
- Superior durability and longevity: It provides excellent weatherability and strong resistance to UV radiation, ozone and common rooftop chemicals.
- Ease of application: The membrane’s hot-air welded seams enable it to be installed in most weather conditions.
