This is a photograph of a Clay/Cement mix type of tile that has been in use for many years. This is an Art Deco Building designed by Albert Kahn and is now used as a transmitter building for a local radio station. In this repair we removed the existing tile, installed new membrane underlayment, new copper flashings and re-installed the tile.
